At Observer’s Space, we don’t intend to track you with analytic tools or cookies. Nevertheless, we do have some features that you might dislike:

  • We are sponsored by NodeGet, and they use Cloudflare as their analytic tool. You may refer to their Privacy Policy. Consider using Tor or uBlock Origin to prevent fingerprinting if you do not like analytic tools.
  • The website does not function fully if you disable JavaScript, that is to say, Giscus or Fediverse comments will not be loading. You can always use the alternative mailing list instead.
  • In order to minimize the repository size, we use Bunny Fonts and ZSFT to deliver web fonts. These two providers do not store any unnecessary data or share them with third party.

We do not store your IP address, your browser type or operating system. Our web server provider Codeberg only keeps one week log of your IP address. We have moved to FramaSoft’s GitLab Pages due to the current status of Codeberg Pages. You should refer to FramaSoft’s CGU, specifically:

Just like other online services, Framasoft automatically saves certain information about your use of the service such as account activity (example: storage space occupied, number of entries, measures taken), the data displayed or clicked (example: links, user interface elements), and other information to identify you (example: browser type, IP address, date and time of access, reference URL).
